1-year replacement warranty
Every YUEDALED automotive LED product carries a one-year replacement warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects and premature LED failure.
4-hour aging test
Each production batch runs through 4 hours of continuous high-temperature aging before packing, which removes early failures before the product reaches you.
What is covered
- LED chips that fail or dim abnormally
- Driver / Canbus faults causing flickering or error codes
- Water ingress on IP-rated products under normal use
What is not covered
- Damage from incorrect installation, over-voltage or modified wiring
- Physical damage after delivery (accidents, mishandling)
- Products used outside their stated voltage range
Making a claim
Contact Anna with your order or inquiry reference, the product model and a photo or video of the issue. Approved claims are replaced free of charge; shipping terms are confirmed case by case.
