Dispatch time
Stock items are usually prepared within 3-7 working days. Customized products (laser logo, custom packaging, private tooling) take longer — the exact lead time is confirmed with your quotation.
Shipping methods
- Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS): typically 3-7 days to major destinations
- Air freight: for medium volumes, 7-12 days including customs clearance
- Sea freight: for bulk orders, 20-40 days depending on the port
Shipping cost
Freight is quoted per order based on destination, weight and volume. Anna confirms the shipping cost and the delivery method before dispatch.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched we send the tracking number by email or WhatsApp so you can follow the shipment.
